What is the working principle of high efficiency industrial steam boiler?

Sep 30, 2026 Leave a message

High efficiency industrial steam boiler converts chemical energy of fuel into heat energy, and transfers heat to water to generate steam. Its core difference from ordinary boilers lies in waste heat recovery design.

Fuel mixes with air and burns inside the furnace. Heat heats the water inside the boiler body. Water turns into saturated steam after absorbing enough heat. The high temperature flue gas after combustion will pass through a waste heat recovery device. The device absorbs residual heat from flue gas to preheat feed water or combustion air. This greatly reduces heat loss and improves thermal efficiency.

Water level, steam pressure and exhaust temperature are monitored in real time by automatic control system. When pressure or water level reaches the set value, the system automatically adjusts fuel supply to keep stable working status. Multiple safety interlock devices stop operation automatically once abnormal conditions appear.

Boiler feed water will go through pretreatment before entering the boiler. It reduces scale formation inside the boiler body and maintains long-term high heat transfer performance.

We manufacture boilers with optimized furnace structure and heat exchange layout. Every unit is tested strictly before delivery.

The whole working process realizes efficient energy conversion. The waste heat recovery system is the key to save fuel. It helps factories get stable steam output with lower fuel consumption and less exhaust emission.
