Gas Thermal Oil Boiler is a new type of special boiler, which has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature, and its heating temperature can reach 340℃ in liquid phase or 400℃ in vapor phase. Any need for uniform and stable heating, and do not allow direct flame heating process heating temperature between 150℃-380℃ in various production occasions can use organic heat carrier heating.

Gas Thermal Oil Boiler takes gas as fuel and thermal oil as medium, using hot oil circulation pump to force liquid phase circulation of medium, transfer heat energy to the heating equipment and then return to the heating furnace for reheating. It has a high working temperature under low pressure, and can control the operation of medium with high precision. Gas Thermal Oil Boiler system has high heat utilization rate, because the module is installed as a whole, easy operation and maintenance, it is a safe, efficient and energy-saving ideal heating equipment. The high temperature flame generated by the ignition of the fuel oil (gas) enters the inner coil tube to form a radiation heating surface, and rotates 180° forward through the back of the inner coil into the sandwich area of the inner and outer tubes to form a convective heating surface. Then the upper part of the sandwich enters the second sandwich area of the middle and outer coil, and at the back of the second sandwich area, the chimney is discharged into the atmosphere.
