Before installing an Electric Steam Boiler, the following basic conditions need to be met to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment:
Power supply
The boiler requires a stable power supply, and the voltage and power must meet the equipment requirements.
It is recommended to equip it with a dedicated circuit and install a leakage protection switch to prevent electrical failures.
Installation site
The Electric Steam Boiler should be installed in a well-ventilated, dry environment without corrosive gases.
The ground should be flat and solid, able to bear the weight of the boiler, and reserve sufficient space for operation and maintenance.
Water source and water quality
A stable water supply system is required, the water quality should meet the requirements, and water with too high hardness needs to be equipped with a softener.
A filter device should be installed on the water inlet pipeline to prevent impurities from clogging the boiler.
Drainage and exhaust
Drains or drain pipes should be set up near the boiler to facilitate the discharge of condensate and wastewater.
The steam outlet should be connected to a safety valve and an exhaust pipe to avoid danger caused by excessive pressure.
Safety protection
The installation site should be equipped with fire-fighting facilities and away from flammable and explosive items.
The boiler casing should be reliably grounded to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Professional installation
It is recommended that professional technicians install and debug the system to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
After installation, a trial run is required to check whether parameters such as pressure and temperature are normal.
Only when these conditions are met can the Electric Steam Boiler operate efficiently and safely.
