Product Overview
Our thermal fluid heater is an indirect industrial heating device taking thermal oil as heat‑transfer medium. We provide complete sets of equipment for varied working conditions. The system transfers heat to production equipment by circulating high‑temperature thermal oil. It meets high‑temperature heating requirements while maintaining low internal system pressure.
Working Principle
Fuel burns inside furnace chamber and generates heat, which is absorbed by circulating thermal oil. Driven by circulation pump, hot thermal oil flows to production heat‑consuming equipment for heat exchange. After releasing heat, cooled thermal oil flows back to heater for reheating. The closed‑loop circulation runs continuously, supplying stable heat for production processes.
