Operation Guidelines
Site Placement
Position the unit on flat, solid ground; complete power and thermal pipeline connection and verify all joints are well sealed before startup.
Asphalt Feeding
Load asphalt through feed ports while keeping filling volume below the rated safe liquid level to prevent overflow caused by thermal expansion during heating.
Heating
Activate the heating system and set target working temperature; the equipment automatically heats and maintains constant temperature; monitor real-time temperature variations throughout the warming process.
Asphalt Discharging
