Our Atmospheric Hot Water Boiler adopts a packaged horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire tube structure. The boiler body is made of high-quality steel, equipped with enhanced heat transfer components such as a corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes. These designs not only increase the radiant heating surface but also effectively absorb thermal expansion and contraction, improving heat exchange efficiency while extending service life.
Working Principle
Atmospheric Hot Water Boilers are classified into direct heating type and indirect heating type according to their working principle:
The direct heating type burns fuel in the furnace chamber to directly heat cold water inside the drum, producing hot water that is delivered to the user end via a circulation pump. The system water is open to the atmosphere, so the pressure remains atmospheric at all times.
The indirect heating type is equipped with a heat exchange coil inside the boiler body: fuel combustion first heats the heat medium water, which then transfers heat to the cold water in the coil. An internal circulation pump is installed to force the flow of heat medium water, further improving heat exchange efficiency and adapting to various hot water supply requirements.

Q:Can an Atmospheric Hot Water Boiler explode?
A:Under normal use, it will absolutely NOT explode.
It is always open to the atmosphere (atmospheric pressure), and the water temperature does not exceed 100°C, so there is no energy for an explosion.
